New Relic Barcelona Office Tour
Established in 2014, our European Product Development Center is located in the modern tech district called 22@ in the heart of the tech centre in Barcelona. Surrounded by many of the city’s famous sights, flavours, and nightlife. Home to Relics from around the world, the work done here is influencing and influenced by Barcelona’s thriving tech culture.
Welcome to our Barcelona office. As you step off the elevator, you will be greeted by our lovely office staff. You’ll notice that each floor has a different theme: Inventors and inventions on 21, and symbolic artists and authors of Cataluña and Spain on 22.
Our open and agile working space allows the team to stay connected and work collaboratively, while also giving us the flexibility to pop-off to one of our smaller working rooms when looking for some “quiet time”.
Working and breaking with colleagues is highly encouraged! We have an amazing environment enriched by its cultural diversity and that sense of welcoming family. Throughout the day, you’ll find the kitchen full of activity with Relics taking some time to kick back, grab a bite and play Mario Karts. We have an official Mario Karts tournament and different activities during the year!
There are many workspace options, from comfy seating, secluded booths to collaborative spaces and adaptable desks and chairs in case you prefer something more formal. You’ll be sure to find a space to get your best work done while enjoying the splendid panoramic views of Barcelona.
Our team is enthusiastic about challenges and we believe in high standards of software development. We are open to discussions about code, process or dynamics in our daily basic, always putting our customers as the first thing when we make decisions. We are passionate about what we do and how we do it and why we do it, and this makes a difference.
