What is the unique challenge sales professionals will address in this role?
New Relic AEs have the challenge of finding new ways to help our customers improve their digital business. We become trusted partners to our customers through our collaborative and consultative approach. Our AEs are tasked with becoming very knowledgeable on their customer’s business, the problems they are trying to solve, they look ahead at potential risks, and then expertly deliver how implementing New Relic can impact their top or bottom line in a meaningful way.

What makes the Enterprise Sales team at New Relic unique?
It’s definitely our people. We have a diverse, intelligent, and interesting team that cares about each other, our customers and their business.
